Fee Refund Policy

• All fees paid for IMSA memberships, events, seminars, conferences, or journal publications are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• After submitting an application for a membership, event, seminar, or conference, if a participant wishes to withdraw, the registration fee will not be refunded.
• In the case of a duplicate payment for the same registration or event, the transaction amount will be refunded to the same source within 15–20 working days.
• Note: Transaction fees associated with payments are non-refundable and non-reversible, even in cases of refund or reversal of any transaction.
